Using Playbooks

Start any real-life project—a new pet, a trip, an estate plan—from a ready-made, editable checklist binder.

What a playbook is

A playbook creates a full binder from a scenario template: the items, reminders, checklists, and attachments a real-life task tends to need. Playbooks come with Pro.

Start from a template

Templates exist for most household milestones: Pet Care, Travel Readiness, Elder Care, Emergency Preparedness, Home Maintenance, Vehicle Maintenance, Family Documents, Insurance Inventory, Warranty Details, Joint Asset Ownership, Shared Credential Vault, Trust Setup, Emergency Response, and more.

  1. 1 Open Playbooks and browse by category.
  2. 2 Choose a scenario and review what it will create.
  3. 3 Create the playbook, then delete items you don't need and fill in the rest.
  4. 4 Rename and re-color the binder so it fits your household's naming.

Describe anything with freeform AI

Didn't find a template? Describe the situation in a sentence—'my parents are moving to assisted living'—and Pro's AI drafts a playbook with the items, reminders, and checklists it suggests. Every draft is reviewed on-screen: duplicates are flagged, and nothing is saved until you approve it.

Playbooks pair well with sharing

A finished playbook is an ordinary binder, so you can share it like any other—the Elder Care playbook with a sibling, the Pet Care playbook with a sitter.
