Multiple Profiles
Keep personal, work, and volunteer life in separate profiles—one person, every hat you wear.
Separate the hats you wear
Most people keep records for more than one role: a personal vault space for the family IDs and house maintenance, a work space for the equipment and credentials your job hands you, maybe another for a volunteer commitment. Profiles keep those spaces apart, each with its own items, binders, and reminders so a search never mixes your volunteer schedule into your work gear. The free plan includes one profile; Pro adds as many as you need.
Add a profile
Adding a profile takes a minute, then you switch between profiles from the header switcher.
- 1 Open the profile switcher in the app header.
- 2 Choose New profile, then name it and pick an accent color—'Work', 'Volunteer', 'Team'.
- 3 Switch to the new profile and add its records while it's active—new items, binders, and reminders land in the active profile.
- 4 Switch back to Personal (or any other profile) the same way.
What profiles share
Profiles are scoped spaces for your records. App lock and appearance settings apply to all of them. Reminders are scheduled for the profile that owns what they point to, and each profile's search, dashboard, contacts and binders stay strictly its own.
Choosing a profile when you add or share
The active profile matters when you act: items you add, binders you create, and things you share come from the profile that's currently active. Before adding records for a profile, switch to that profile first.
Share between your own profiles
Because each profile keeps its own records, moving something from one to another is a share. Add the other profile as a contact once—choose Add device profile as contact in Contacts or Manage profiles—then share items or binders to it the same way you would with family. If the other profile is locked, switch to it and unlock it first.
